ILFORNO Restaurant is an Italian cuisine company born over 20years ago, out of love for the Italian food culture in the United Arab Emirates. ILFORNO has over the years maintained its standard of preserving the unique recipes and taste of various Italian cuisines. Il Forno is known to be the home of succulent Italian Pizzas, Pastas and many tuscan dishes
Their mission is to create a novelty Italian cuisine, differentiating the classic from the ethnic street food with a contemporary flair to satisfy the market (customer) with a new irreplaceable tasty food.
We visited their branch in Al Ghurair Center, Dubai. Quite a spacious place with really amazing staff.
We tried Some of the delicious variety of food from their elaborate menu.
We started with the complimentary Fresh bread basket which comes along with two delicious dips. Worth trying for.
They recommended us to try the famous C-Power juice which was the blend of fresh juices of Kiwi, Mango, Strawberries, Pineapple & Melon. Truly a power booster juice with no artificial sweetener added to it.
Then we have the Baked fried chicken wings… a bit spicy but then that’s how they are traditionally cooked … power packed with lots of flavors.
We also tried their Arancini Al Formaggi…. Italian rice balls stuffed with loads of cheese … cheeseee balls with a delightful eat.
From the pasta variety we decided to have Farafelle El Pollo … Pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, chicken in bechamel sauce covered with mozzarella cheese. … one of my personal favorites.
We tried two different pizza, one was Pollo Pizza … a bit like barbecue chicken pizza & the other one was Quattro Stagioni- 4 seasons … it was basically a 4 in 1 pizza .. with 4 different toppings… a must to try.
To sum it all … one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in town. Definitely a recommendable place.
